Tahitian Noni Gardens

I'm not sure if we will get to the Tulip Festival this year, so I decided to take Kaitlyn to Tahitian Noni Gardens today. And best of all, it's FREE!! The flowers were beautiful.Take time to stop and smell the tulips! and while you're at it make sure to pluck off a bunch of petals in the process! Hopefully no one saw her!

Waiting for the hunt to begin! Kelby, Paige and Kaitlyn all went to the annual Easter Egg hunt that was held at Grandpa and Grandma's. This hunt has been going on since we were little and has now turned into a grandkids egg hunt.

At least this year she was able to walk on her own. Last year I had to carry her. After bending down to pick up eggs and candy while carrying her my legs felt like two limp noodles the next morning!

This year dad helped her hunt for eggs.

Coloring eggs was interesting this year, most of the dye did stay in the cups but I made sure to put her in an old t-shirt just in case we had an accident.

Oooo...... Pretty!!

The Easter Bunny left a good loot. Plenty of candy, some books, sidewalk chalk (dad's favorite!) new shoes, a ball and some Summer outfits if Summer ever gets here!

She was so excited for her new shoes she wouldn't even wait to get dressed before putting them on. Aren't they stylish?! and yes I know their on the wrong feet!
